Tata Communications leads gainers in 'A' group
Coromadel International, Gitanjali Gems, Sun TV Network and Container Corporation of India are among the other gainers.
Telecommunications company Tata Communications jumped 6.66% to Rs 253.80. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group.
Fertiliser maker Coromadel International galloped 3.17% to Rs 276.40. The stock was second biggest gainer in 'A' group.
Jewellery retailer Gitanjali Gems climbed 3.15% to Rs 406.15. The stock was third biggest gainer in 'A' group. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 407 in intraday today, 22 February 2012.
Television broadcaster Sun TV Network rose 2.79% to Rs 331.45. The stock was fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
State-run Container Corporation of India rose 2.61% to Rs 1,015.15. The stock was fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group.
