Husband must maintain wife's lifestyle even after divorce: High Court (HC)

The Bombay HC ruled that it is the husband's duty to maintain the lifestyle of his wife, even after the marriage is dissolved through divorce. Having regarded the lifestyle of both spouses, and the wife being entitled to live a normal life even after the marriage is dissolved, the amount of maintenance should be as it is, observed the Court.
