Gold futures have surged amid these cues and currently trade at Rs 28,752 per 10 grams, up 0.78 percent on the day.
Gold futures also shot up following the upmove in global prices and ended at Rs 28,530 per 10 grams.
US Soybeans, US Corn, Gold and Silver have gained, while Copper has declined.
The prices have been swinging upwards on the back of better Chinese economic prospects.
On the lower side Rs 3,596 and 3,552 per barrel are the noted supports.
